Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be form of allergic skin disease. It may be atopic dermatitis. For the perfect diagnosis, consult the dermatologist. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream on the lesions. Antihistaminics like hydroxyzine HCL syrup may be given 5 ml at night . Avoid contact with woollen clothes and blanket. Avoid soap bath.

Hope this helps.
