What Causes Red Slimy Discharge From Vagina?

I am 32 year old male and went to A&E with minor feelings of heart stain (not a major pain) the stain or twinge last a few seconds. I also have pins and needles (they diagnosed this as Carpal Tunnel)in my left had with a 'feeling' of hardened arteries in my left harm both come and go. The hospital put me on a ECG for a 2 days all normal, ultra sound all normal, no problems on the stress test but my level of Troponin enzymes was 'slightly high' at 0.04. They released me from the hospital and schedule a out patient meeting in 3 months. Do I have heart problem?
