What Causes Red Small Painful Pimples On The Breast?

have a small ( looks like blind pimple) on breast next to areola which at first was painful as blind pimples go. That was yesterday. The area around it, abouat the size of a nickel was very red. I put hydrocortazone cream on it and it today it is less red, and less painful. What could it be?

This sounds like a fungal infection and you need to stop the cortisone cream and get a prescription for ketoconazole cream to take care of it
