Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The symptoms are suggesting me that you may be having hemorrhoids. The gravel feeling after passing the stool may be a dilated blood vessel.
You require physical examination to find out the type and grade of hemorrhoids and then we can decide what treatment is required for you.
But I can suggest you to
1.Apply cream having (Lignocaine, Calamine and Phenylephrine) over the sore.
2.Take syrup containing lactulose.
This will improve your symptoms but you need to consult your surgeon for further evaluation.
Thank you.
