What Causes Red Spot In My Left Eye?

I found red spot in my left eye. I have continuous pain from the back left side of neck near solder to left eye through left side of the head. I also feel burning sensation in my eye. I generally work more than 10 hours with laptop/ computer with LCD display. Are these problems a serious concern.

it is computer vision syndrome. excessive use of computer resulting in dry eye. lack of blinking gives rise to such problem. use anti glare glass in front of computer. avoid continuous staring and blink in between. apply artificial tear drop in-eye. you will improve from all problem
