What Causes Red Spot On Back Of Penis?

Hello doctor, I got a small red spot on back of my penis several days before. Day before yesterday it got bursted and lot of blood went off and it had stopped automatically and it got sealed. What is the exact problem am I facing now? Give me your best suggestions.

It can be due to fungal infection, if you had unprotected sex, it can also be sexually transmitted disease.
