What Causes Red Spot On Hand Below The Thumb?

I have a red spot on my right hand that is there some days, gone others. At one point it was 2 small spots. It is on the back of my hand below the thumb and is at the V of veins. It doesn t hurt or itch. Is it possibly something I need to have looked at? Thanks!

I really appreciate your concern, such skin appearance could be nonspecific and not due to any disease, such little changes some time happens and this would come around on its own, still keep the condition under observation for any changes, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
