I have a red spot, lower right leg, increasing over last year in size, now about the size of a dime. I am 67, 175 in weight, jogger and walker, 90 pushups and 110 sit up 5 out of 7 days a week average. I have been a missionary in Brasil for last 10 years. I have applied a 50/50 mixture of triple anti-biotic cream with 1 % hydrocortizone. I am preparing to return. Should I be concerned?
Since the spot is not responding to treatment and is persisting for a long time I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get it examined clinically and if required go for skin biopsy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
