What Causes Red Spot On My Skin With Normal Blood Work?

I keep getting a series of red spots on my skin bright red my skin is thin but it clears up and it seems to keep coming back all blood work is totally normal only on arms and chest i do not have exposure to sun keep covered what is causing this problem my steriod creme does clear up but could thin skin more.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red spot on my skin with normal blood work . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like infections , allergic reactions , inflammatory processes , petechiae . The symptoms can also occur due to medicines like blood thinners . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses on skin , avoid applying any cosmetic product and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin patch test , allergy test and bllod test again . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic like clindamycin , corticosteroid ointment and immunosuppressants along with ani inflammatory .
