What Causes Red Spot On Penis Head After Intercourse?

Hi,I had sex with my wife on Sunday. I experienced a slight tingling sensation the next morning and realized there was a flat, red, shiny spot about the size of a dime on the right side of my penis head. It is not burning, itchy, or painful. It has now been present for three days. Coupd you advise on what it could possibly be? I can add a picture if possible.

Hi,

If you had sex only with your wife no one else and you believe your partner we can rule out sexually transmitted infection. Sudden change in pH of genital can give you this symptom, since female genital is acidic. Fungal infection can cause this issue. Check for blood sugar. Share a picture for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
