What Causes Red Spots Above The Left Breast?

I am 30 years female. On Friday I found few red spots on above my left breast. On Sunday, two days later, they spread just to the right side. Today, Monday, I had a shower and the spots became darker. I found similar spots on my right arm above the wrist as well after few hours of the shower. Please advise me what I have to do. It could be insect bite reaction or eczematous rash.
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
