What Causes Red Spots All Over The Face And Neck Post Intercourse?

Hello doctor
Yesterday evening i had sex with my husband and today morning i found red kinda bloody spots all over my face and my neck. And all my body are burning
Please, what do i have? I took benadril in the morning and then again 4 hrs later but nothing goes away.

I really appreciate your concern, rash all over the body could be due to hypersensitivity reaction and it may not be due to coitus done, it could be the allergic disorders some time it may be due to auto-immune disorders, the best way to treat this condition is second generation antihistamine and best is Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
