What Causes Red Spots And Bumps On Penis After Having Safe Sex?

Hi,Im curious about some symptoms I ve been having. About 1-2 after giving protected sex I noticed 3-4 very small, flat, and painless red dots on the head of my penis. About 5 days later the dots went away. Roughly a week after that I notice a cyst/pimple like bump on my inner thigh, which I popped at first site. When popped, pimple-like pus fluid came out, at which point I put benzoyl peroxide on the area. However, the bump still remains hard and seems to be fluid filled still. I haven t messed with it since that day, which was now 4 days ago. I m sceptical as to whether or not I contacted an std, and am curious for another opinion on the matter, as I haven t found any clear answers that would indicate what these findings may be. I m thinking at worst case it would be hsv, and at best case I got the cyst from the bike ride I had the other day, but again I m no professional, and at that point I m left with the painless spots on my penis head to be a mystery. I will be seeking a medical professional in the coming days, just looking for extra opinions on what this may be. Thanks.
