What Causes Red Spots Around The Face/chest Of A Baby After Drinking Milk?

Im really confused and worried about my 6wk baby every time i feed him his bottle loads of red spots appear round his face and chest i dont know if it is an allergy or just milk spots? He suffering baby colic and always in pain not sure if he in pain because of trapped wind?? or it allergic reaction please help
