What Causes Red Spots On Back, Stomach, Legs, Arms And Hands?

My daughter has been taking a prescription for 9 days now for an ear infection. Yesterday i noticed she has little red spots all over her back, stomach, legs, arms and hands (looks like little freckles) and since today she has a temp of 101. What could she have?

I have gone through your query. Your daughter's problem can be due to allergic reaction to drugs she had taken. In such case stopping of suspected drugs and taking antihistamines will be helpful. Using calaminelotion for local application will be helpful wlso. Antibiotic can be the causative agent most likely. Platelet count should be checked to rule out any possibility of viral fever also.
