What Causes Red Spots On Chest,neck And Penis In Babies?

i took my 7 month old son to see health visitor yesterday, he has a few little red spots on his chest, a few on his neck and around the top of his penis area by his pubic bone area she said they were nothing to worry about but no ideas to what they were could you help?
