What Causes Red Spots On Knuckles And Legs?

Today a spot on my knuckle and 2 spots on my leg sort of tingled and then a blister formed. Looked like a pimple at first but then realized it was a blister. the one on my knuckle looked like there was blood in it and the ones on my leg had clear fluid. Any ideas?

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of red spots on knuckles and legs which occurs due to infection of hair follicles leading, due to an allergic reaction or heat rashes.

I would suggest you to apply topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin and do yoga and meditation daily. Make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply aloe vera gel to prevent itching and you should wear loose clothes. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist and start treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
