What Causes Red Spots On My Labia With White Vaginal Discharge?

I have red spots on my labia minors what are they ? I had sex yesterday & now I m sore when opening my legs or moving sore on my vagina & I had red spots on my labia minors & I out of nowhere I have whitish - yellowish liquidy stuff coming out my vagina it doesn t stink though . Idk what it can be
