What Causes Red Spots On Penis Head After Intercourse?

Hi, I have a question about my penis. I m 19 years old I had unprotected sex about 4 days ago and I haven t been checked yet but after 2 days I noticed I had Some red spots show up on the head of my penis... They don t ich nor am I in pain, but I am worried as I have had thrush a few times before and gotten it sorted out. But there is no swelling nore pain when I pass urine so I know it s not that I was hoping someone could help me? Thank you.

If it is an unknown person need to think of sexually transmitted infection - painless it can be syphilis. If not sexually transmitted infection it can be due to bacterial infection. Share a picture for confirmation.
