Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red spots on the abdomen, chest, arms and back which seems mainly due to dermatitis, bug bite, eczema, systemic pathology, allergic reaction and side effects of drug.
Need not to worry. You should avoid touching or pricking rashes and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. You should keep yourself away from the allergens like dust , dog and cat fur and continue taking antihistamine like zyrtec or benadryl . If condition doesn't get better the consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test , allergy test and physical examination. Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment or antibiotics like clindamycin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
