Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rash all over the body may be due to drug allergy, or infections like viral fever or allergy etcetera.

Use moisturizing cream all over the body. Check for platelet count or other bacterial infections.

Please consult your physician as he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
