Hey, Thank you for reviewing my email. For about a year or so ago some faint red spots formed around my collar bone regien, a friend told me they were sun spots, so I didnt think much about it. but now it has spread up my neck, on my neck its splochy up to my jaw line. on my chest its more pokodotish and the dots have spread lightly under my left breast (male). Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history, you are having a polymorphic light eruption. My treatment advice is –
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm-B cream twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
