What Causes Red Spots On The Feet And Hands?
My daughter age 15 has red dots that started on her feet and hands yesterday and her boy friend too. They were outside yesterday and climbed a china berry tree and laid on the trampoline. She said they do not itch but this morning the welts are larger and have moved to parts like palm of hands, back of legs and on her face. I thought it was chiggers but she said they did not itch.

I really appreciate your concern, the history given here could be suggestive of allergic disorders and second it could be viral infection better to wait for some time the symptoms would be subsided, "Diphenhydramine" lotion can be tried, watch for the associated symptoms just to ruled out the anaphylaxis hope this information helps.
