What Causes Red Spots On The Feet That Starts Itching When In Contact With The Bed?

Hi When ever I sit down or lie down on my bed , My Feet start itching , On one foot I have a few red/pink spots But they don t really look like spots that much Anyway They itch allot Mostly at night it seriously is itchy , And I did not put any lotion or sunscreen on my foot yet they are very itchy and the spots or whatever it is appeared the next day after a long night of itching my foot but it all happend sudenlly

Hi.
As per your case history you are having hidradenitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
