What Causes Red Spots On The Head Of The Penis?

Hello Sir,I had a contact with a female sex worker.Before the contact I got some red dots on the head of my penis it seemed like herpes but they weren t scars they looked like red spots.We had sex and the condom broke i pullet it out immediately the contact wasn t long it was like 3 seconds even less.I cleaned my penis head with wipe immediately.What s the risk doctor That was my biggest mistake I don t know if she has AIDS or not.Thank you for your time and opinion.I am very nervous and afraid.I am feeling bad about it...

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It appears that what problems your are having could be due to inflammatory lesions on the skin on the penis. You are unnecessarily worried about about hiv/253657?iL=true" >AIDS, as HIV infection would not present in such a way.
It is essential to maintain good genital hygiene during such circumstances.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Clean the area with antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream topically over the lesions.
3. Avoid friction in the area by wearing loose fitting underwear and keep the area ventilated and dry as much as possible.
4. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
Gradually, the symptoms should subside.
In case you need to know about your HIV status, you need to get it tested in blood sample in the diagnostic laboratory.
