What Causes Red Spots On The Inner Corners Of The Eyes Post Head Injury?

Saturday night I fell, tripped over my black lab dog in my darkened hallway. I am night blind besides. I have fallen over her once before but it was in an open area and all I hurt were my knees and hand and arm. This last time I fell in such a way that I hit my forehead on the door frame. It shook me up, but I immediately felt a bump rising in the middle of my forehead. I did not hurt much. I put an ice pack on it, took ibuprofen and went to bed. The bump has gotten smaller, it is still a little painful to the touch. But I just got a concern that I m asking about...in the last few hours I have developed dark hemorrhage-like spots on the inner corners of both eyes...nothing hurts. Is this normal?
