What Causes Red Spots On The Knee After Using A Pain Relief Cream?
Hi, i have had this pain when i tried to sit down on my knee. So i went home and applied pain relief cream multiple times and rubbed a bit hard on the spot. Now there are red spots, like pimples on the spot and when i shower and hot water falls on it, there is a burning feeling

too much pain relief cream I assume it had capsaicin which could irritate the skin and caused those spots
so best thing is to apply some calamine lotion or sandal powder to calm those irritant red spots.
give some time to heal while you take care by taking multivitamins especially vitamin C orally to speed up healing process.
