Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
As per your history, symptoms and signs it seems to me the viral infection like herpes or molascum congetiosum. Both the lesions are painful after first day and associated with mild fever too. If you feel same you don't need to worry. These are self limiting conditions and heal in a week of its own.

Primary sphills also are painless purple color dots but will not erupt within a night.
If your dots will not heal with a week you may need to visit a skin specialist. During mean time you can apply the HERPIX cream three times daily.

Hope my answer will help you and you can write to us further if you feel any need....

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
