What Causes Red Spots On The Penis Opening?
I have 3 red spots on my penis head. They dont itch nor hurt.It also doesnt have bumps. I dont have HIV or eczema and I ve had it for almost 2 months now. In the middle of the day,there would be dry skin on it,which can be rubbed off easily. Please help ! I m really concerned. Thank you

Hi,
If you had unprotected sex, need to do STI investigation.
If not it can be
1. Balanitis due to fungal, bacterial infection.
2. Smegma itself can be an issue or smegma can get infected and cause such issue.
