What Causes Red Spots On The Penis?
Hi I had noticed red spots on the bulb of my penis some months back went to the doctor who prescribed a cream which I have used off and on for some months now.there is no pain but it sure doesn t look very good.the marks have become faint and better but still are there.what could it be

It might be local inflammation. As a first line management, you can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
