What Causes Red Spots On The Penis?

Hello, recently something very odd happened, I was taking a shower, and was going to clean my genitals (male), I pulled back my foreskin only to notice, i have small red spots all over the head of my penis, and the tip is very raw, and is peeling. It must have developed over night because I did the same task yesterday and there was no issue.

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist/venereologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
