What Causes Red Spots On The Skin Upon Applying Slight Pressure?

I bruise very easily, not the normal black and blue. I get red spots that look like bruises by just touching myself or something. What can cause this besides too much aspirin or blood thinners? I very rarely take aspirin and only take a150 mg. Blood pressure medicine. Thank you.

Bruising can happen to everyone.It is normal. A bruise is medically termed a contusion. Easy bruising can occur when the blood vessels are weakened by diseases (such as scurvy), medications (such as Aspirin, Prednisone, and Prednisolone), and aging.



Easy bruising can also occur because of absent or deficient blood-clotting elements. If you do not take blood thinner or Corticosteroids,than we should deduce that it may be a specific condition that cause your easy bruising. My advice for you is to consult your local doctor for some test to check for blood clotting deficiencies or other possible local causes that can explain your symptom.
