What Causes Red Spotting During Urination?

Hello, I been noticing sometimes when I go pee I get blood on the tissue and like red dots that are in the toilet they almost look like pieces of skin, I stopped taking my birth control about two weeks ago because I thought thats what it was but today I noticed it again, I know I need to go see a doctor but I wont be able after March in the mean time I am really worried PLEASE HELP
