What Causes Red Swollen Bumps In The Groin Area After Unprotected Sex?

I have red raised bumps clustered in my pubic hair region which is about 3 inches above my penis. Maybe an inch below my waistline. I don t have any sores or bumps on my penis, or penis shaft. I don t have any other symptoms. The last time I had unprotected sex was 2 weeks ago. Could this be herpes?
