What Causes Red Swollen Glands With Pain While Swallowing?

I started getting really bad stomach and lower back pains yesterday morning and throughout the day my glands started to swell. I woke up this morning and my glands are very sensitive and swollen and there is this clear liquidy coating on the inside of my mouth. My glands are very red on the inside of my throat and it hurts to swallow

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problems related to stomach upset, low backache and now swollen sensitive glands.
All these symptoms may be related to enteric infection, resultant referred pain to back, septicemia leading to lymph node enlargement.

I would advise in such a situation the following:
Blood culture and sensitivity, routine tests of blood, urone and stool.
Course oh an antibiotics and amti- inflammatory and supportive medicines.
Ultrasonography and consultation of a Doctor.
