What Causes Red Swollen Gums And Blister On Tongue And Inner Lip?

My 3 year old daughter has been sick. It started with lethargy then vomiting 4 days ago, now she is still lethargic still gets a fever off and on and has red swollen gums and blister like spots on her tongue and inner lip. Any ideas? She is also cutting some back teeth at the moment.
