What Causes Red, Warm And Itchy Blotches On The Buttocks?

Two days I was sick feezing n hot today I felt all better then I had a big red spot occur on my buttocks... its warm and itchy going call my dr see if I can get in,what u think this could be I just went to kidney dr yesterday took urine culture sent it off
