What Causes Red Watery Vaginal Discharge?

hello, this morning when i woke up i noticed i had bright red watery discharge, I am sexually active but also on the birthcontrol pill. i have been taking anti biotics which i know can lower the protection of the pill. through out the day i noticed that only sometimes it was watery could this be implantation bleeding?
