What Causes Reddish Brown Vaginal Spotting While Suffering From Chlamydia?

I pee normally but when I wipe it s mostly a reddish color and brownish. I don t know what s wrong, this never happens before. I ve been tested & I had been diagnosed with chlamydia & I took the pills for it to go away. But I have to take another dose.
