What Causes Reddish Brown Vomiting After Drinking Water?
I only drank water and I can t keep it down ,pretty sure it s because I drank to fast ( just got done playing basketball) but there is yellowish mucus with reddish Brown stringy things mixed in with my vomit.... not a bunch of them but a few. What is this and what s the cause?

Hi,
The color of the vomitus could be due to some leftover food from the previous meal however if the content appeared to be like of altered blood then please get an upper GI endoscopy done to rule out any bleeding inside your stomach which can happen in case of any ulcer in stomach.
