What Causes Reddish Bumps On Head Of Penis Post Unprotected Sex?

Hello, I am a 20 year old male and I am uncircumcised. I recently had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and about 3 days later, I discovered small red bumps on the head of my penis. They didn t hurt nor did they itch. I don t have any secretions coming out and there is no burning. My girlfriend told me that she later got a yeast infection and that is what I think I may have. I went to a clinic and they told me to put monistat vaginal cream on it. They were not sure if it was a yeast infection or not. I should add that I do masturbate frequently and I accidentally washed my penis with anti bacterial hand soap a few hours before the bumps showed up. I am so desperate for answers. Please help. Thanks
