What Causes Reddish Color Large Bump On The Bikini Line?
I have a large bump on my bikini line/thige, its a reddish/purpleish color,and its VERY sore when anytihng rubs it. It has been there around a month and its not getting any better. I have not ever had sex and I don't know what it is so if you could please help I would be very thankful.
Hello Summer, Thank you for posting on HCM. It seems you might have got some fungal infection over the area. Though definitive diagnosis is not possible with out actual examination, Still with the description given, I would suggest you a short course of oral antibiotics like cefadroxil anlong with antifungal drugs like fluconazole. Apply a cream containing fusidic acid and clotrimazole twice a day over affected areas. Take analgesics and antihistaminics as required for irritation and pain. If there is still no improvement after one week I would suggest you to post your pictures to me so that I have better understanding and thus guide you in better way.
