What Causes Reddish Colour Urine Along With Lower Back Pain?

I have lower back pain that started on Wed and has gotten worse every day. I have taken Tramadol for pain with no real relief. Sitting and standing are especially painful but once seated it is not so bad. this morning my urine was reddish as if it contained some blood possibly.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some problem in your kidneys like acute infection or kidney stones giving this problem.
Go for,
Routine urine check up and,
Ultra sound of kidneys.
Meanwhile take some NSAID medicine like Diclophenac for pain.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
