Hello,

You are suffering from reddish rashes below the skin. It can be heat rash or rashes due to exposure to some allergy or infection like contact dermatitis, etc. Take care of your hygiene at all times. Clean the area affected with antibacterial soap. You can take antihistamines at bed time for 5 days. It will reduce the symptoms of allergy.

Do not touch, scratch or pick. Wear soft cotton clothes. You can apply ointment hydrocortisone on the affected area. It will help reduce itching. It should get reduced, if not, get clinically examined by a Dermatologist. You may need antibiotics or steroids. Stay away from addictions if any like alcohol, smoking, drugs, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

A reddish itchy rash below the knees could be caused by several conditions. Here are a few possibilities:
* Contact dermatitis: This is an allergic reaction that occurs when the skin comes into contact with an irritant or allergen, such as poison ivy or certain fabrics. Symptoms can include redness, itching, and warmth.
* Eczema: Eczema is a chronic skin condition that causes itchy, red, and dry skin. It can develop on any part of the body but is often found on the legs.
* Psoriasis: Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition that causes a buildup of skin cells. Symptoms include red, scaly patches that can be itchy and painful.
* Fungal infections: Fungal infections like athlete's foot can cause a red, itchy rash on the feet and legs.
* Insect bites: Insect bites can cause a localized allergic reaction that can result in a red, itchy rash.

It is recommended to consult a dermatologist or a healthcare professional to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for the condition. The treatment may vary depending on the underlying cause of the rash.
