What Causes Reddish Rashes In The Vagina With Foul Discharge?

do i have a infection in my vagina. i itch alot and it stinks. i get bumps and rashes constantly and i sometimes get these big bumps that are purple and bleed when they pop. i tried and shaved it to see if it helped. i trimmed it with sizzors then i shaved it then i foregot to put lotion on so i did the next day beforwe i did i had a bad rash so i put it on their. im still a virgin and i am scared to ask my mom and i dont want a doctor dowb thier.
