What Causes Reddish Sore Like Marks On The Legs?

yesterday I noticed on my right leg I had a red mark about the size of a half a dollar piece on it and it is very sore to the touch. Well today it has doubled in size and my whole leg hurts but only when going down on a knee. Well now my other leg is hurting. Is it something to be concerned about?

You seem to be having an allergic reaction to some of the commonly prescribed dungs.Id the lesions having a violaceous centre and showing some blistering in the middle? Please contact your doctor and get yourself examined.
