What Causes Reddish Spots Allover My Body?

I just noticed today that I have small red dots all over my body. They do not itch, and from pictures that I have seen online, they do not look like hives. I haven't really eaten anything out of the ordinary, so I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to anything. What could this be?
