What Causes Reddish Spots On Penis Head Of A Sexually Active Person?

I have red/pinkish spots on my penis head, where the skin is lighter than the rest of my penis. I'm sexually active, had the same partner for the last 6 months and we both got tested about 3 months ago and we were clean. Is this anything to worry about?

both of you go for STD test again. If every thing is alright then can takeantibiotic like ezythocin and take metronidazole tablet. both of you should take treatment insame period. mantain hygine.
