What Causes Reddish Swollen And Itchy Penis?

Hi Doctor, I was having loose motion, so I took norflox tz which stopped my stomach problem but after some time my penis was looking red swollen and was really very itching after using many antiseptic creams and powders it doesnt stopped please name a medicine which can make the itching and swelling stop.
