What Causes Redness And Burning Sensation At The Vagina An Hour After Getting Brazilian Waxing Done?
Hello. I got a Brazilian wax 2 days ago and an hour later my vagina was burning, inflamed and super red. I couldn’t even walk for a few hours. I took a pain killer & applied Aloe Vera gel but then I realized it had alcohol in it .. my mistake. The next day The pain went away but I realized I was scabbing and my skin was sort of peeling and really red still. It just looks really dry and like cracked skin. I’m pretty this was because at some point the wax was really hot for about 5 seconds when she applied it. I don’t know what to do please someone help, should I apply something on it?

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine once or twice daily depending on the intensity irritation.
